Due to COVID-19 we are postponing the event until late spring/early summer time.

If you are an upcoming or established and independent singer, BV, musician, rapper, worship group, poet, producer etc then this event is for YOU.
We will be discussing and educating attendees about the various stages of music professionalism and tried and tested techniques with our 6 industry experts via seminars, panel sessions and an audience Q&A session.
Topics will range from:
- Songwriter entitlement, the law and general guidance on deciding royalty splits as a songwriter/bv/instrumentalist/artist/producer,
- How to navigate PRS/PPL to ensure royalty earnings are maximised e.g licensing
- Maximising online and offline song exposure
- How to get your music on spotify and other streaming platforms and importantly,
- How to effectively and strategically market your ‘product/brand’ to the world to maximise exposure and revenue!
- Monetising your creativity well should be a lot more achievable after this event!

iRADIATE originates from Matthew 5:16, where we are called to shine our lights aka radiate! But the reality is that many of us are still burying our talents and living in fear. Therefore iRADIATE was founded by @adegail to empower, encourage & educate young and older believers in using their gifts and whole lives for God! Our various worship events and insight sessions aim to achieve this vision.
In June 2019, Adegail & Friends had a successful debut iRadiate worship night which was described by many attendees as ‘more than a concert’, people felt ‘so much freedom’ and a family of attendees described it as ‘one of the best authentic worship experiences we’ve been to.’ Following this, on November 30th 2019 iRADIATE: Acoustic Night Live happened which featured a live recording by its founder @adegail and was a sold out powerful night!
In 2020 we are back and better with more events!
